Great service, I was hoping to try the Dole pineapple soft serve but it’s off season! But good ordered was yummy and great for sharing!

Great staff and yummy food! We popped in for a quick bite and a beer. Food came out hot and the beer was cold. I can't wait for my next visit to Clifton Hill.

Love the service I had fish and chips really good but the service that we got was top / amazing supervisor Christen was so active ,friendly and helpful for menu selections and I personally love her friendly tone and patience with all customers.we will definitely come back each time when visiting Niagara falls.

They have Dole whips here. Reminded me of disney. Staff was friendly, food came quick and was good.

Amazing service. Pricey for what it is but food was great and there dole pineapple ice cream is the best.

Pleasantly surprised at the relatively reasonable prices, good sized portions, tasty food, and friendly, attentive service! So used to restaurants in this area being crazy expensive with poor service. The menu is relatively simple with many family favourites. We had the spaghetti and meatballs, and the fish and chips. Both very well prepared. We'll definitely be back!

I'm overdoing it with a 5. HOWEVER, I think it's a great place and I usually give it a 4. But because I seen awful reviews (extremely exaggerated, I hope) and felt sorry for Clifton's enough to give them the 5 stars. The food was great, service was acceptable and it was a nice atmosphere. Give them a try.

My wife had noddles and some kind of sauce ... Not fit for a dog! She wouldn't feed my dog that! Terrible... Meatballs ok Beware! Eat at own risk

Service is decent and atmosphere is very pleasant. However the food is very bad!! Very bland and tasteless! They never heard of salt and pepper and I had to use hot sauce and ketchup to bring flavor to my food! Only reason I came here cause I got a coupon from the hotel I was staying. Otherwise, I will never come back here!!

Very expensive. Food is good and staff friendly, but 110$ for 4 @breakfasts. At 10 min from here, you get 2x as much food for 30% lower price

Very affordable, tasty and quick service. The ladies up front didn't appear to want to work that day though. They opened a few minutes late and said nothing and when she took the order she was rushing me.

The breakfast here is delicious very well done! I personally wouldn't come here for Dinner but they sure do a great breakfast, service is not that great though unfortunately.

We visited this place for breakfast, the food was very good, place is ok. The service was not good, at least to us, the waitress was not very helpful when questions were asked.

Family friendly place, good location on the strip. Service was not the best, ordered tea and waitress forgot the tea bags, only brought hot water, didn’t even realized and didn’t apologized. Food was ok, if you are hungry, you can eat it.

After looking around for a place to eat that wasn't burger king of Wendy's we found this place. Kelseys was to long of a wait and Boston Pizza we just walked out of because the prices were sickening and our waiter said she'd be back in a minute....15 mins later still nowhere in sight. Right across the street from Boston Pizza tho was this place. And I'm a bit surprised that it's ratings are so low here. I mean yes, it was pricey, but less pricey than Boston Pizza that's for sure. And it's what you should expect being on Clifton Hill. Our waiter was fantastic and friendly..I believe his name was Mark. The food you get for the price your pat was also fantastic. So overall I'm very pleased with this place and I'm sure we'd definitely go back there again. I even took food pics...which I normally never do. But hey, the more the better for Google reviews. I recommend this place regardless of the price. At least try it once for yourself and then make a decision.

We had lunch here during a visit to Niagara Falls. The staff are friendly. Food quality wanting, we ordered prawns they were drowned in a tasteless sauce. Ceasar salad was not fresh, was drowning in mayo, had no shredded chicken even though menu said it came with it. Fish and chips, chips was soggy and fish was average. Overall we were not happy with food quality.

Okay.... you cannot deny those picture look amazing,this place is so friendly we had one of the most nicest waitress, she was beyond she actually give her some tips about what to order make sure we had a very comfortable table and being so nice of taking the group photo of us if you have been to Niagara Toronto Ontario make sure you check out that place you will not be disappointed at my personal book is it definitely 10 +

Food was ok, my sandwich was nice but the spaghetti was quite disappointing, also the price was a bit high. On the other hand, service was GREAT. Our waiter Derek was very helpful and friendly.

There were tons of vegan options here. Beyond Sausage, delicious vegan french toast, vegan burger, vegan milkshakes. We were really impressed with the food. Family friendly place in the heart of Niagara's touristy area. The manager came to our table and asked us what we thought ofnthe vegan food; we really appreciated his desire to have our feedback and his efforts to provide these options. We will definitely be returning here again.

Don’t come to this trash place, the absolute worst restaurant I have been for years. The server poured boiling water onto my son’s legs and didn’t want to apologize. When we asked her to chase up the order she said “I can’t, they need to cook the food”. And when we tried to give them a small tip only, the cashier forced us to give 15%! That was just robbery. They are destroying Canada’s otherwise great service level we have experienced everywhere else. Absolute disgrace!!!

I was here last year with my boyfriend and we waited over 20 minutes to get served. We still patiently waited and eventually we got our food. We were quite upset however as others around us had gotten served much faster. We decided to give them a second chance this year with much regret. We were seated quickly but once again we waited almost 15 minutes and no one had attended to us. There was plenty of staff around so this was completely unreasonable. A couple who arrived 10 minutes after us and were sat behind us were serviced within 5 minutes of them sitting down. This is completely horrendous customer service and not how a business should be run. We were fed up and just walked out- our time can be better spent elsewhere.

The coffee is awful, just get something else, but the service is fast and the food is tasty. During the morning rush, we were seated in seconds, our order was taken after 5 minutes and our food arrived 5 minutes after that. It's a good little place for breakfast & the portions are perfect. (:

My husband and I just had lunch here and it was DELICIOUS!! I got fish and substituted a side salad for the fries. The side salad was soooo good!! Fish was tasty too. We shared a pineapple ice cream treat that was awesome. Definitely will eat there again during our trip.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pancake was huge and good. The prices are very high being on Clifton hill, but I was able to get a special for $11.99 which was not bad

Please do not go to this restaurant. My wife and I had fish and chips. The fish was half cooked and raw. My wife got rashes after eating it. She is not allergic to seafood because we have fish almost everyday.

The vibe is warm and the service will make you feel welcomed. Ordered Favourite Breakfast with the coffee (pot) as we came in a group to get more and save more😉. I recommend this place.

2018 REVIEW: We came here for a breakfast on December 24th. The menu is too simple; there were not many options for us. We order the special and Benedict eggs, service was ok, but the food wasn't. We paid $38 for 3 sausages,2 eggs and 2 Benedict eggs and a small bowl of fruits. It was really expensive and the taste was not good. I have tried better brunch for the same price. You can check out the picturesUPDATED REVIEW 2019: The good has improved a lot since the last time we came. We ordered two veggie burgers and it was a surprise for us. It tasted really good and it looked handmade, with a natural flavor.

Not a good experience here. Party of 5 seated and nobody came to take an order. Restaurant at least half empty. We left with our hungry crew.

Ordered a Clifton melt with home fries. Paid $15 for what is essentially a bagel belt and a breakfast burrito about the size same price. The home fries were the only thing that would bring me back again. The rest I would have been better off going to Tim Hortons across the street.

Service was decent. Food was really poorly cooked and presented. Lasagna was way too saucy and salty. Burger patty was bland and not even fresh off the grill; it tasted like it's being cooked beforehand and kept warm in an oven. Would not recommend.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant. They have good vegan, halal, and burger options. I had the vegan chicken option and it was Devine 5/5. Our waitress was possibly one of the best I’ve come across, extremely helpful and kind!! Would come back for sure.

They're a small family owned restaurant. The good is basic (nothing super healthy) and the prices are average for the area. They do have a Dole whipped ice cream that's good.

Expensive for no reason. Average breakfast. The least percentage of tip their machine offers is 20%. No option for lesser or none. Which I found to be unethical. Ended up paying 35 dollars in tip without even wanting to. The lady serving us was nice though. But we only ended up there because ihop was under construction.

Got seated, then waited for 15 minutes when another couple sat down in front of us. They were then served first five minutes later. This place is a joke. Walked over to Boston Pizza instead and was served faster. Prices were also cheaper. Don't go here. Bad service overpriced food.

I love Clifton Hill Family Restaurant. I came here last year with my best friend & I fell in love with the restaurant. I came here today & had Chicken Tenders with Fries. They were delicious. I recommend coming here for any occasion. Great Food. I recommend the Chicken Tenders & Fries. They're the best. The Staff here are very nice people. They made me & my friend feel right at home. One thing I like about this restaurant is the paintings on the wall. I sat next to the paintings with the gentlemen playing their saxophone & trumpet with the cats sitting on the sidewalk enjoying the music.I love the paintings in the restaurant. They're very unique. I have a cat myself.I'll definitely be here again next year. Clifton Hill Family Restaurant is the place to eat. I recommend it. This place has the nicest servers I have ever had. Not only did they have great service, bit they also showed a great deal of kindness to everyone who came in. The staff was especially kind to my four year old child, and if you are looking for a young kid friendly place I can recommend no better.
